How long has LDH Energy been in business?
Louis Dreyfus Highbridge Energy LLC (LDH Energy), the merchant energy platform of the Louis Dreyfus Group and Highbridge Capital Management, commenced operations in 2007. The Louis Dreyfus Group and its affiliates have been leading merchants in global commodities markets since 1851 and in the energy commodities markets since the late 1980s. Affiliates of Highbridge Capital Management, a global alternative investment management firm founded in 1992, made a substantial minority investment in LDH Energy in 2007.
