William C. Reed II

President and Chief Executive Officer of LDH Energy and member of the Company’s Board of Directors.

Mr. Reed is the President and Chief Executive Officer of LDH Energy. Mr. Reed joined LDH Energy in September 2007, became Head of Trading in January 2008, and was appointed to his current position in October 2008. Prior to joining LDH Energy, he was a founding partner and Head of Trading at Saracen Energy Advisors, where he was one of four partners responsible for establishing the fund and growing assets under management from $30 million at launch to $1.4 billion at the time of his departure in September, 2007. From 1999-2003, Mr. Reed was a Senior Vice President and Head of Trading at American Electric Power ("AEP") Energy Services, which grew to be one of the largest energy trading and marketing companies in the United States during his tenure. Before joining AEP, he was a Director of Power Trading at Enron Corporation.

Mr. Reed earned an M.B.A. (concentration in finance and accounting) from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S., summa cum laude, in mathematics and economics from the University of Pittsburgh.

George N. Ferris

Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of LDH Energy and member of the Company’s Board of Directors.

Mr. Ferris joined LDH Energy in May 2009. He is responsible for the corporate finance, credit, treasury and accounting functions of the Company.

Mr. Ferris has extensive experience in private equity, investment banking, and public accounting. Before joining LDH Energy, Mr. Ferris was a managing director with Allied Capital for over five years where he developed a successful track record of leveraged buyout transactions and subordinated debt investments in private companies across a number of industries. In this position, he was responsible for originating, structuring and closing investments and for leading the activities of several portfolio companies' boards of directors to guide the execution of their growth strategies.

Prior to Allied Capital, Mr. Ferris served as an investment banker at Merrill Lynch for over eight years representing clients in a diverse range of industries in the execution of M&A transactions and public and private debt and equity offerings. He also worked for several years in Sydney, Australia with Macquarie Corporate Finance and Coopers and Lybrand.

Mr. Ferris earned an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of Business and a bachelor's degree in commerce (major in finance and accounting) from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.

Kevin W. Capone

Executive Vice President and Head of Trading of LDH Energy.

Mr. Capone, who joined the Louis Dreyfus Group in 1992, is Head of Trading of LDH Energy's merchant business. In that capacity, he is responsible for the management of the Company's merchant trading in the natural gas, power, natural gas liquids, refined products, crude oil, coal and emission credits markets.

Previously, Mr. Capone was the head of LDH Energy’s natural gas and power businesses where he was instrumental in the build-out of one of the largest natural gas physical and financial trading companies in North America from 2002 to 2008.

Mr. Capone holds a B.A. in both French and Economics from Amherst College where he also studied extensively the subjects of theoretical and applied mathematics.

Ram P. Challa

Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of LDH Energy.

Mr. Challa is the Chief Risk Officer of LDH Energy. Prior to joining LDH Energy in April 2008, Mr. Challa served as global head of proprietary risk and commodities risk at Lehman Brothers where since 2005 he was responsible for Lehman’s internal hedge funds and principal risk and Lehman’s global commodity proprietary and flow business. Mr. Challa earned an M.B.A. from Columbia University, an M.S. in chemical engineering from Cornell University and a B.S. in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in New Delhi.

Michael G. Dowling

President of LDH Energy Asset Holdings LLC.

Mr. Dowling is responsible for operations, business development, asset marketing and optimization activities around LDH Energy's asset business. Mr. Dowling has 29 years’ experience in the midstream natural gas business in operations, commercial management, trading and business development. Mr. Dowling holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Oklahoma.

Zal S. Masani

Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of LDH Energy Advisors LLC.

Mr. Masani joined LDH Energy in early 2008. Mr. Masani has experience investing capital and restructuring transactions across a broad spectrum of energy markets. At LDH he built our global carbon trading business before moving to his current position. Prior to LDH, Mr. Masani was an investment banker in the Financial Institutions Group at Citigroup where he worked with clients whose advisory needs spanned the spectrum from capital raising to mergers and acquisitions. He previously worked at American Electric Power and at Enron Capital and Trade Corporation. Mr. Masani holds a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Steven H. Scheinman

Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary of LDH Energy.

Mr. Scheinman manages the legal and compliance activities of the Company and its subsidiaries. Mr. Scheinman has 25 years’ of experience as a corporate lawyer, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity and investment funds. Mr. Scheinman earned his J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.

David A. Wallace

Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Head of Business Development of LDH Energy.

Mr. Wallace joined LDH Energy in September 2007. Prior to LDH Energy, Mr. Wallace was a managing director at GE Energy Financial Services, where he led teams that made investments across the energy sector, as well as held responsibilities in portfolio management. Prior to GE, Mr. Wallace worked in the Global Energy group at CSFB. Mr. Wallace began his career as an attorney at White & Case. Mr. Wallace holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law, and a B.B.A. in finance and a B.A. in philosophy from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.

James J. Wrigley

Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of LDH Energy.

Mr. Wrigley oversees LDH Energy's operations, contract compliance, and information technology and systems. Prior to his current position, Mr. Wrigley was Chief Technology Officer, where his activities included business analysis, application development and infrastructure management functions. Mr. Wrigley, who joined LDH Energy in 1995, has over 15 years of experience in the commodities industry with over six of those years specifically in the energy sector. Mr. Wrigley holds a B.S. in accounting from Sacred Heart University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
